Dear mummy, you know how I like to shake my tail feather to music. We’re big fans of dancing and singing in this household and I’m always humming, talking in my sing-song voice and wiggling my bottom. We may not be professional dancers yet but it lightens up the mood and makes us happy. I like to think I have rhythm – but I’ll let you be the judge of that! My mummy isn’t sure that head-banging counts either 😉

Frubes

A challenge came up this month that we simply couldn’t refuse! It’s called #FrubesMoves and everyone is being challenged to join in with the fun and get their dancing shoes on. Frubes has teamed up with the ‘The Angry Birds Movie’ and have created a massive dance-off between enemies in the film the Angry Birds and the Pigs in the effort to keep kids active and healthy while enjoying yogurt. You can spot the Angry Birds on Frubes packaging and the dance-off is fierce – we like that you can select the characters and play online. I’m teaming up with the birds so have a little look at the below video (see my little bird hand gestures) and find out who was the ultimate mover! *my daddy chickened out when we started to film -no pun intended*

Frubes

So what are Frubes?

Frubes are a yummy yogurt squeezed into portable tubes of joy. Available in Strawberry, Red Berry, Peach, and Banana flavours, they contain vitamin D and calcium for strong bones – great for those wanting to try out their own dance moves just like me and the angry birds. We think they are really handy to stick in your fridge and take out in your rucksack on the go. We had fun doing our research and visited www.angrybirds.frubes.co.uk to get some tips which inspired my mummy’s ‘Frubes moves’. *Don’t laugh!*

Because I’m still a little bit too young to master all the ballet moves and street dance steps I have created the toddler “two-three-four step dance”, which is more like a freestyle type of expressive dance, where toddlers (high on Frubes) get their groove on. I challenged my folks to a dance off and you can see us in the below video…so who did the better job?! Who is the ultimate dancer? We had really good fun doing this challenge and it was great exercise!

When I grow up I’d love to be on the stage performing and I always carry my microphone around with me just in case! I’ve recently started ballet where I’m learning all about good toes and naughty toes but I’ve got a lot to learn yet! I’m a free spirit and was once quoted in a ballet class saying “Mummy I just want to dance free!!” and sometimes expressive dance and free-styling is the best way to let yourself be immersed by the music and let go.

Did you know that as part of The Angry Birds Movie partnership, Frubes is also running an egg-citing on-pack promotion until 31 October, offering families the chance to flock to the Bahamas for a fun-filled island holiday to spot exotic birds and swim with pigs? The competition includes a weekly draw to win a whole host of Angry Birds Movie merchandise, with a grand prize of a family holiday for four to spend six nights in the Bahamas! For move information and to enter visit www.angrybirds.frubes.co.uk

So whats your favourite #FrubesMoves? And who had the best moves? Me or my mummy? 😉

Love Bella xx
