Dear Mummy, we’re having a PJ Masks Party and you’re all invited!
On Wednesday 1st March, 2017 from 4pm-6pm PJ Masks is taking over twitter as they go into the night to save the day.
With the UK release of the PJ Masks toys we’re super excited to help promote as the whole family are SUPER FANS. Yes, even my folks enjoy watching PJ Masks. It’s the one cartoon programme that has really made a difference in my life because it’s made me want to be a superhero…a female superhero!
If you don’t know what PJ Masks is then where have you been the last year!? The animated series had taken the Disney Jnr channel by storm and is the biggest thing since Batman and Robin. It’s an animated pre-school television series produced by Entertainment One and the show is based on the Les Pyjamasques book series from French author Romuald Racioppo.
The series revolves around three 6-year-old kids who lead relatively normal lives by day, where they are neighbors, classmates and friends. At night, however, they activate their bracelets, which link into their pyjamas, turning them into their alternate identities: The PJ Masks!
“Amaya becomes: “Owlette!”
“Greg becomes: “Gekko!”
“Connor becomes: “Catboy!”
“The PJ Masks!”
After their costumes appear, they all turn into energy beams which rapidly fly toward their superhero headquarters which resembles a totem pole. Together, they go on adventures, stop crimes, defeat villains such as Luna Girl, Romeo and Night Ninja to solve mysteries and learn valuable life lessons. Each exhibits a variety of super powers while in costume and return back to normal children in the daytime.
I’m Owlette, my mummy is Gekko and daddy is Catboy. It’s perfect that it’s the three of us pretending to be super heroes together. Actually, I genuinely believe my folks are heroes and I love them very much.
However this week, a strange package appeared at our door. We think Luna Girl is playing tricks on us again. We have no idea what’s inside. Do you want to help us? Watch the grand unboxing on our YouTube Channel! We’ve reviewed all the PJ Masks toys on our blog, so keep your eyes peeled.
We’d love of you could join us from 4pm – 6pm on Wednesday, 1st March 2017 for some great competitions and a host of reviews and running commentary for the PJ Masks headquarters.
