Dear Mummy, are you ready for your check-up? Small children love playing doctors and nurses and I’m always making my mummy better. I’m a massive Doc McStuffins fan and I’m really enjoying the new Toy Hospital episodes on the Disney Jrn channel.
Doc McStuffins is a popular preschool cartoon on telly at the moment. Dottie ‘Doc’ McStuffins, is a six-year-old girl who ‘fixes’ toys with a little help from her stuffed animal friends, Stuffy, Hallie, Lambie and Chilly.
Whats new is that in 2016, Doc is transported with the aid of her Grandma to McStuffinsville (instead of staying at home) to become the Chief Resident of the Toy Hospital, where she and her friends help toys from all over the world! She uses her magic stethoscope to transport herself there. She’s such a strong role model for kids, actively encourage others to look out for each other, being kind and generous and my mummy is happy with me watching the show.
Recently I reviewed the Doc McStuffins role-play set which included a cute doctors coat (which I’m wearing). So the next item to add to my collection was, of course, the doctors bag. This playlet includes multiple tools and a light up stethoscope. It has a love purple glitter trim which mirrors the doctors coat from the range. We like the little stickers which come in the bag too and I used them to stick on stick patients.
The doctors bag is suitable for ages 3 + it’s going to be a firm favourite in my toy box. Its one of the best play doctors bags that we’ve seen in stores, it’s just like the bag from the new toy hospital series! The plastic doctors bag is easy to open and lays flat helping little ones get the doctors instruments in and out. It kept me occupied for ages and I ended up giving a full check up to Darth Vader and the rest of my toys.
Toy Hospital Bag Set costs £19.99 and available from Smyths and all good toy shops. They have a great range of Doc McStuffins items and we’ll be adding them to our Christmas Wish List.
Love Bella x
